We built this company to employ individuals with autism
In 2013 our founders, John and Tom D'Eri, opened our first location in Parkland, Fl to employ individuals with autism. They were inspired to do this because John's son, and Tom's brother, Andrew is on the autism spectrum. Today the business is thriving, employing more than 90 professionals with autism at three locations in Parkland, Margate, and Coral Springs, Fl.
Hiring Process
INTERVIEW
We utilize a "job audition" style interview to make the assessment process as objective as possible.
We bring the candidate into our work area, show them some of the most important things we do. Then we ask them to try some of these tasks. This allows us to objectively assess the candidates ability to do the job and generate a rating score.
PRE-HIRE TRAINING
Successful interviews will result in the candidate being invited into a pre-hire training group.
During this training program the candidate will learn our most essential skill, the interior cleaning process. In order to pass training, the candidate will need to complete the interior cleaning process correctly 3 times in a row under 6 minutes.
It generally takes candidates 2 training sessions that last between 2 to 4 hours to meet this criteria. Trainees will be allotted extra time as long as they are making progress towards the goal. All successful training candidates will be offered positions with us.
ON-BOARDING
Newly hired employees will spend their first 2 shifts completing our on-boarding training. This entails shadowing experienced employees and a series of video trainings.
All new employees start on a 90 day probationary period to ensure the job is right for them.

Aftercare Associate
The associate follows the processes in which they are trained on
The associate makes a best effort to thoroughly clean the vehicles they work on while following the process
The associate always gives full effort
The associate always works quickly and efficiently
The associate diligently does side work
If the associate sees trash around the site they pick it up
If the associate sees the break room is dirty they clean it up
If the associate sees the trash is full, they take it out
If the associate see things in aftercare that are out of place, they put them where they are supposed to be
Associate follows the directions of the Quality Controllers, Supervisors and Managers
The associate comes to work on time and ready to work
The associate manages their own time clock accurately
